Madeline's Baptism

 Madeline was baptized on Sunday, September 12, 2012.  She did great at the service.  Afterwards, we had a brunch at our house for our family.  It was a wonderful day.  Trying to get pictures of the family is hard, but here is our attempt.

Trip to Michigan

Carlisle and I took a trip up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to my parents cabin on Lake Huron.  Carlisle did a fantastic job flying.  He had a fantastic time with his Nana and Papa, exploring the woods and the lake.  Thank you to my parents for such a wonderful, relaxing time!  Of course, I hauled my camera all the way up there only to discover I had forgotten my SD card!  These pics are ones I took from my phone. Will add more photos that my dad took once he sends them to me.

Carlisle's Birthday Party

We had to postpone Carlisle's birthday party at the Little Gym until mid-August due to his leg/cast.  However, he didn't seem to mind and had a blast at his Buzz Lightyear themed party.  Here are some pictures. 

 

 

Carlisle Turns 3!!!

 Wow.  I can't believe it, but Carlisle turned 3 on Friday.  He had a good, low key birthday.  Carlisle fractured his tibia 2 weekends ago and has been in a bent non-walking cast.  The last couple of weeks have been hard since he can't walk, but Carlisle has been a real trooper.  Due to his leg injury, we had to move his 3rd birthday party to the middle of August since his party is to take place at the Little Gym.  We celebrated his birthday with dinner at Casa Linda (his favorite restaurant) and a cupcake afterwards.  He opened his gifts as well- it was all Toy Story related.  Carlisle is absolutely obsessed with buzz lightyear.  He loves the Toy Story movies and all of his buzz light year action figures.  Carlisle is a great kid.  He loves to read books, swing on his swing set, play with his toys, play on our ipad, and play with Raleigh.  He has a very active imagination- and loves to reenact the Toy Story movies scenes with his action figures.  Here are some pictures from his birthday:

Madeline's 4 Months!

 Madeline turned 4 months old on Thursday.  She is growing and changing each day.  She is such a happy baby, and loves to just sit, take it all in and smile.  She is still a great sleeper- usually going to be around 7:30 or 8 and waking up between 7 and 7:30.  We go to her check up on Thursday, and I can't wait to see how much she has grown.  Here are her pictures:
